Clarity High Purity Software · Preview
The water room keeps the service report. Both sides can read it.
Technicians change and managers move on, and the service history goes with them. Clarity puts the record on the water room door: a QR sticker that opens the latest visit report for the vendor and the facility alike.
The demo site uses sample data and is shared by everyone who opens it.

The problem
Nobody is hiding the record. It just doesn’t survive when people leave.
The service vendor
The work was done, but the notes live in a truck, a portal, or with last quarter’s technician. The next visit starts from scratch.
The facility
The manager who knew the system moved on. The last report is a PDF in a shared inbox. Someone asks what happened in March, and nobody can find March.
The water room
The equipment stays put. A record attached to the room outlasts staff changes on either side.
How it works
Scan, arrive, record, leave.
01
A sticker on the water room
One QR code per room. The code belongs to the room, so the history stays if the vendor changes.
02
The technician checks in
The technician scans, enters a PIN, and taps Arrive. The facility can be notified that someone is on site.
03
Service, readings, notes
The same form every visit, from incoming feed water through the loop: work done, parts, readings, and notes.
04
The technician checks out
On Leave, the visit is saved and the facility can be notified that a new report is ready.
05
Two views, one record
The vendor and the facility each have their own view. Both keep their existing systems; this is the record they share.
06
Either side can pay
A vendor can include Clarity in its service agreement, or a facility can subscribe directly. The report is the same.
Arrival and report texts go only to facility contacts who opt in. On the demo site no texts are sent; each one is logged in the site file instead.
What Clarity is
A shared record, kept in one place.
Clarity records who checked in, when, and what they entered. The technician still does the work and fills in the form. A clear, lasting record makes the next visit, the next handoff, and the next question easier.
What Clarity is not
- Not an audit or inspection. We don’t judge the work or take a side.
- Not a certification of water quality or regulatory compliance.
- Not a replacement for your work-order system, tickets, or vendor portal.
