  1. 1. Preview status

Clarity High Purity Software is in preview. It is not yet offered as a paid service, and we are not accepting payment. Demo pages use sample data stored only in your browser. Features, prices, and these terms may change before launch.

  2. 2. What Clarity is

Clarity is a shared record for a high-purity water room: a QR sticker, check-in and check-out for visits, and structured service notes and readings that the service vendor and the facility can both see. It is a communication and record-keeping tool.

  3. 3. What Clarity is not

Clarity is not an audit, inspection, certification, or warranty of water quality, safety, or sterility, and it is not a warranty that work was performed or performed correctly. We do not sell, install, or repair equipment, and we do not act as a referee between vendor and facility. We do not certify compliance with AAMI, USP, CMS, The Joint Commission, or any other standard. A check-in records that someone used the sticker; it does not record the quality of the work.

  4. 4. Who owns the record

The record is tied to the site (the water room). Vendor users have access as guests of the site. If the vendor relationship ends, the facility may keep access to the history for that site.

  5. 5. Your entries

Technicians and facility users are responsible for what they enter. Clarity stores and displays entries; it does not verify that readings or notes are complete or accurate.

  6. 6. Text messages

Text notifications (arrival, departure, new report) are planned and are not active in the preview. When they launch, they will be sent only to people who have opted in, and anyone can reply STOP to opt out.

  7. 7. No warranty

The service is provided as is. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, message delivery, or that using Clarity will prevent loss, downtime, or disputes.

  8. 8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected site in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for consequential, lost-profit, or regulatory damages. These terms are governed by Pennsylvania law.
